THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL OCCUR IN THE SOUTH END OF THE SHASTA VALLEY NEAR WEED. THE COLD FRONT IS EXPECTED TO STALL OVER CENTRAL SISKIYOU COUNTY TONIGHT. THIS WILL LEAD TO WEAKER PRESSURE GRADIENTS AND DECREASING WINDS.
