RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES HAVE DROPPED TO JUST BELOW 35 PERCENT
OVER PORTIONS OF WESTERN COLLIER COUNTY...WITH VALUES BETWEEN 35
AND 40 PERCENT OVER INTERIOR SECTIONS. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES ARE
EXPECTED TO FALL TO AROUND OR JUST BELOW 35 PERCENT OVER MUCH OF
COLLIER COUNTY DURING THE EARLY TO MID AFTERNOON HOURS. THIS IN
COMBINATION WITH MODERATE EAST WINDS OF 15 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS
WARRANTS THE ISSUANCE OF A RED FLAG WARNING.

A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
ARE EITHER OCCURRING NOW...OR WILL SHORTLY. A COMBINATION OF
