AT 514 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGIST INDICATED THAT
THE STORM THAT PROMPTED THE TORNADO WARNING HAD WEAKENED AND IS MOVING 
OUT OF THE COUNTY.  LOCAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTS PENNY SIZE HAIL
COVERED THE GROUND ON I-20 AT PECOS AND WAS SLOWING DOWN TRAFFIC.
THE TORNADO WARNING WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE.
