AT 835 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT THE HEAVY RAIN THAT PROMPTED THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAD WEAKENED AND NO LONGER APPEARS CAPABLE OF CAUSING FLASH FLOODING.
