* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MADISON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MISSOURI

* UNTIL 445 AM CDT

* AT 143 AM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS CONTINUED TO
  REPORT 2 CLOSED ROADS IN THE CITY OF FREDERICKTOWN DUE TO HIGH     
  WATER FROM EARLIER STORMS.

* ALTHOUGH THE RAINFALL HAS SUBSIDED AND THE WATER HAS BEGUN TO 
RECEDE MOTORISTS SHOULD BE CAUTIOUS AS LOW WATER CROSSING MAY STILL 
BE FLOODED....MAINLY IN THE TOWNS OF ROSELLE...JUNCTION CITY AND 
FREDERICKTOWN.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE
UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS
SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
