* AT 652 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 12 MILES
  SOUTHWEST OF THIBODAUX...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
