ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM CST /4 PM MST/ THIS
AFTERNOON. 

NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH...WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH WILL BE
POSSIBLE ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE EASTERN SANDHILLS INTO NORTH
CENTRAL NEBRASKA THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON. WIDESPREAD BLOWING AND
DRIFTING OF THE SNOW PACK IS NOT ANTICIPATED DUE TO A HARD CRUST
THAT HAS FORMED ON THE TOP LAYER.

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS OF 35 MPH ARE EXPECTED. WINDS
THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH
