WESTERN CUSTER COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEBRASKA... * UNTIL 1145 PM CDT * AT 1055 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 13 MILES SOUTHWEST OF CALLAWAY...OR ABOUT 20 MILES SOUTH OF ARNOLD...MOVING NORTH AT 30 MPH. * THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
