* AT 651 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS DETECTED   
FLASH FLOODING FROM A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS OVER WESTERN FRANKLIN 
COUNTY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  BUDE...LITTLE SPRINGS...NEW HOPE AND MCCALL CREEK

RADAR INDICATED UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN OVER A SHORT PERIOD OF 
TIME OVER PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST FRANKLIN COUNTY.  THIS COULD RESULT 
IN FLOODING OF CREEKS AND LOW LYING ROADWAYS.

DEEPER THAN THEY APPEAR. JUST ONE FOOT OF FLOWING WATER IS POWERFUL
ENOUGH TO SWEEP VEHICLES OFF THE ROAD. WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED
ROADS MAKE THE SMART CHOICE...TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN.

YOU ARE RELATIVE TO STREAMS...RIVERS...OR CREEKS WHICH CAN BECOME
