  SOUTHERN HILLSDALE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN

* AT 445 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION.  THIS SEVERE STORM WAS
  LOCATED NEAR RAY...OR ABOUT 11 MILES NORTHEAST OF ANGOLA...AND     
  MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
