  NORTHERN CARROLL COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL INDIANA...

* UNTIL 1030 AM EDT

* AT 606 AM EDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLASH     
  FLOODING CONTINUES FROM A RAINFALL NEAR CAMDEN...OR ABOUT 14       
  MILES SOUTHEAST OF MONTICELLO...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO FLORA

FLASH FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE NEAR AND ALONG THE WABASH RIVER IN 
THE NORTHERN PARTS OF CARROLL COUNTY. CREEKS...STREAMS AND LOW WATER 
CROSSING NORTH OF DELPHI AND ROCKFIELD NEAR THE WASBASH RIVER MAY 
EXPERIENCE FLASH FLOODING.

RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH MUCH OF THE MORNING HOURS.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE
BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS 
SAFELY. TURN AROUND DO NOT DROWN

AT 831 AM EDT...RAINFALL WAS DECREASING ACROSS THE AREA. 
HOWEVER...LINGERING FLOODING OF RURAL AREAS...SMALL CREEKS AND LOW 
WATER AREAS MAY PERSIST. RADAR ESTIMATED 4 TO 6 INCHES OF RAIN FELL 
IN THE WARNING AREA OVERNIGHT. THIS WOULD HAVE FALLEN FROM CAMDEN 
WEST ON HIGHWAY 218 AND FROM DELPHI NORTHEAST TO BURROWS ON HIGHWAY 
25.
