  CENTRAL HENRY COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL INDIANA...

* UNTIL 745 PM EDT

* AT 542 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO NEW CASTLE
  AND CADIZ

RADAR INDICATES TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST
