VERY LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL DEVELOP ACROSS NORTHEAST GEORGIA
FOR THE MAJORITY OF THIS AFTERNOON. DRY HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN
OVER THE AREA AND AFTERNOON MIXING WILL DROP RELATIVE HIMIDITIES
INTO THE LOWER 20 PERCENT RANGE BEGINNING BY EARLY AFTERNOON.

A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
ARE EITHER OCCURRING NOW...OR WILL SHORTLY. A COMBINATION OF
