  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED
  OVER WILLIAMSTON...OR ABOUT 7 MILES SOUTHEAST OF HASLETT...AND
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
