  PHILLIPS COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF PHILLIPSBURG.

* UNTIL 1100 PM CDT

* AT 950 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL.  THESE
  STORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM LOGAN TO 8 MILES
  SOUTH OF GLADE TO 14 MILES SOUTH OF KIRWIN...OR ALONG A LINE
  EXTENDING FROM 16 MILES SOUTHWEST OF PHILLIPSBURG TO 12 MILES SOUTH
  OF PHILLIPSBURG TO 23 MILES SOUTHEAST OF PHILLIPSBURG...AND MOVING
