WIND WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING. 

STRONG WINDS ARE WORKING THEIR WAY SOUTHWARD FROM A THUNDERSTORM
COMPLEX TO THE NORTHEAST. STRONG WINDS AROUND 60 MPH WERE REPORTED
LATE THIS AFTERNOON FIRST IN THE SPIRIT LAKE AREA...THEN NEAR 530
PM AT THE SPENCER IOWA AIRPORT. IT IS ANTICIPATED...THAT THESE
WINDS WILL MOVE THROUGH THE SOUTHERN AND EASTERN PORTIONS OF CLAY
COUNTY...AND PARTS OF BUENA VISTA COUNTY THROUGH ABOUT 630 PM.
DICKINSON COUNTY SHOULD BE OUT OF THE STRONGEST WINDS.

A HIGH WIND WARNING MEANS A HAZARDOUS HIGH WIND EVENT IS EXPECTED
OR OCCURRING. SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS OF AT LEAST 40 MPH OR GUSTS
