THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE CHATTAHOOCHEE NATIONAL FORESTS. DRY FUEL MOISTURE CONDITIONS WILL COMBINE WITH RELATIVE HUMIDITIES OF 20 TO 25 PERCENT AND WINDS OF 10 TO 15 MPH. THIS WILL CREATE DANGEROUS FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS. A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EITHER OCCURRING...OR WILL OCCUR WITHIN 24 HOURS.
