DRY FUEL MOISTURE CONDITIONS WILL COMBINE WITH AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITIES OF 20 TO 25 PERCENT AND WEST WINDS OF 8 TO 15 MPH. THIS WILL CREATE DANGEROUS FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS. A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EITHER OCCURRING...OR WILL OCCUR WITHIN 24 HOURS.
