CLOUD. THIS DEVELOPING TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY RADAR TO BE 7 MILES 
WEST OF DEL RIO...MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH. THE CITY OF DEL RIO SHOULD 
PREPARE FOR THE APPROACH OF A TORNADO...WITH CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN 
PORTIONS OF THE CITY BEING UNDER THE HIGHEST THREAT. 

HAIL UP TO BASEBALL SIZE AND WIND GUSTS TO 70 MPH COULD ALSO OCCUR 
WITH THIS DANGEROUS STORM.
