BUCHANAN COUNTY IN NORTHEAST IOWA... THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF INDEPENDENCE... * UNTIL 430 AM CDT * AT 1226 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN MOVING THROUGH CENTRAL BLACK HAWK COUNTY. THIS LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS THE WARNED AREA OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS BRINGING VERY HEAVY RAIN WITH RATES OF AROUND AN INCH IN LESS THAN AN HOUR.
