* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN TIOGA COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA...

* UNTIL 645 PM EDT...

* AT 341 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER CENTRAL TIOGA COUNTY.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO WELLSBORO.

NEARLY STATIONARY THUNDERSTORMS OVER TIOGA STATE FOREST HAVE DROPPED 
BETWEEN 1.5 AND 2 INCHES OF RAIN IN THE PAST HOUR. THE HEAVIEST RAIN 
HAS FALLEN OVER CANADA RUN AND MARSH CREEK NORTHWEST OF WELLSBORO.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
