NORTHWEST WINDS WILL AVERAGE ABOUT 30 MPH WITH GUSTS AROUND 45 MPH FROM MID AFTERNOON TO EARLY EVENING. THE STRONG WINDS HAVE DEVELOPED FROM THE CIRCULATION AROUND THE LARGE STORM SYSTEM ON THE EAST COAST. OBJECTS SUCH AS LAWN FURNITURE...TRASH CANS...AND STORM DOORS WILL BE BLOWN AROUND OR DAMAGED.
