  CRAWFORD COUNTY IN NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA...

* UNTIL 600 PM EDT

* AT 530 PM EDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED A POSSIBLE TORNADO 
NEAR   TITUSVILLE...MOVING NORTHEAST   AT 30 MPH.

* THE TORNADO WILL OTHERWISE IMPACT MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF THE
  INDICATED COUNTY.
