* AT 702 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WARNED AREA AND MORE
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE MOVING THROUGH THE COUNTY.
* THE STORM PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF ROADS
AND STREAMS.

NORTHEASTERN ASHLAND COUNTY...
AT 936 PM EDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED WIDESPREAD
FLOODING ACROSS THE NORTHERN PART OF THE COUNTY. MANY STATE ROUTE
AND U.S. ROUTES ARE CLOSED DUE TO HIGH WATER.
THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL COME TO AN END BY MIDNIGHT. UP TO
AN ADDITIONAL HALF AN INCH OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE THROUGH MIDNIGHT.
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE
