  FROM 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN BETWEEN 330PM AND 430PM     
  ACROSS NORTHERN CRAWFORD COUNTY AND SOUTHERN ERIE COUNTY. 

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO UNION   
CITY...EDINBORO AND CAMBRIDGE SPRINGS.  RIVERS INCLUDE KELLY RUN.
