* AT 1030 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS HAVE STRENGTHENED AS THEY APPROACH THE CITY OF
ERIE AND THE THREAT OF FLASH FLOODING HAS INCREASED. ANOTHER 1.5 TO
3 INCHES OF RAIN IS EXPECTED OVER THE CITY OF ERIE BY NOON.
