  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO OVER FAIRFIELD
  COUNTY...OR ABOUT 11 MILES SOUTH OF CHESTER...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT
  10 MPH.
