  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO NEAR
  GROTON..MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS WILL BE NEAR...
  BARNET AROUND 655 PM EDT.
  5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF PASSUMPSIC AROUND 705 PM EDT.
  LOWER WATERFORD AROUND 710 PM EDT.
