SOUTH PADRE ISLAND IN DEEP SOUTH TEXAS... * UNTIL 345 PM CDT * AT 144 PM CDT...FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WARNED AREA. * THE STORM PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING WILL OTHERWISE REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF THE INDICATED COUNTY.
