DEW POINTS EXPECTED TO DROP DRAMATICALLY THIS AFTERNOON. THIS WILL
RESULT IN MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY BETWEEN 20 TO 30 PERCENT ACROSS
MOST OF EASTERN MASSACHUSETTS. WINDS ALREADY GUSTING TO 25 MPH IN
SOME PLACES...AND SHOULD HAPPEN AT MORE PLACES THIS AFTERNOON.

A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE
EITHER OCCURRING NOW...OR WILL SHORTLY. A COMBINATION OF STRONG
