* AT 701 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED  
  FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM EXTENDING FROM 
  WESTMINSTER...TO FITCHBURG AND LEOMINSTER. THIS STORM WAS MOVING  
  SLOWLY TO THE NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.  

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  ASHBURNHAM AND LUNENBURG

RAINFALL RATES OF UP TO 3 INCHES PER WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
