NORTHEASTERN LINCOLN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO * UNTIL 1045 PM MDT * AT 1015 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO NEAR ARRIBA...OR ABOUT 22 MILES EAST OF LIMON.
