VALUES WILL BE IN THE 20-25 PERCENT RANGE ACROSS THE WARNING AREA
FOR MUCH OF THE AFTERNOON...WHICH WILL PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WILDFIRE
CONDITIONS.

A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
ARE EITHER OCCURRING NOW...OR WILL SHORTLY. A COMBINATION OF
