STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS WELL AHEAD OF A LINE OF DECREASING
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BRING DANGEROUS WINDS OF 60 MPH TO PORTIONS OF
NORTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA EARLY THIS MORNING. SEEK SHELTER IN A
STURDY BUILDING IF THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES. 

A HIGH WIND WARNING MEANS A HAZARDOUS HIGH WIND EVENT IS EXPECTED
OR OCCURRING. SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS OF AT LEAST 40 MPH OR GUSTS
OF 58 MPH OR MORE CAN LEAD TO PROPERTY DAMAGE.
