FAR LATE THIS AFTERNOON. THE HEAVIEST RAIN IS SHIFTING OUT OF THE 
AREA BUT THE FOLLOWING CREEKS AND RIVERS COULD EXPERIENCE RAPID 
RISES OVER THE NEXT HOUR OR SO...
