EASTERN HANSFORD COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF TEXAS * UNTIL 1000 PM CDT * AT 922 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 8 MILES WEST OF SPEARMAN...MOVING NORTH AT 20 MPH. * LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
