  NORTH CENTRAL EL PASO COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO.

* UNTIL 445 PM MDT.

* AT 343 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL.  THIS
  STORM WAS CENTERED 6 MILES SOUTH OF MONUMENT...OR 9 MILES NORTH OF
  COLORADO SPRINGS...AND WAS MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.
