* AT 1040 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS TO 60
  AROUND 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR GILBERTSVILLE...OR 
  ABOUT 15 MILES EAST OF READING...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
  THE GREATEST THREAT FOR DAMAGING WINDS IS IN THE UPPER PART OF
  THE COUNTY AS DOPPLER RADAR WAS DETECTING ABOUT 60 MPH OF WIND
