* UNTIL 145 AM EDT

* AT 1251 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
  OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 9 MILES SOUTHWEST OF  
  MILLSBORO AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
