  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING PENNY SIZE HAIL...AND
  DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR
  MIDDLETOWN...OR ABOUT 18 MILES NORTHWEST OF DOVER...AND MOVING EAST
