THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CAMDEN COUNTY IN SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY

* UNTIL 745 AM EDT

* AT 537 AM EDT...THE COOPER RIVER IN HADDONFIELD WAS APPROACHING
  THE FLOOD STAGE OF 2.8 FT. MINOR FLOODING WILL OCCUR ALONG THE 
  RIVER WHICH EXTENDS FROM NEAR GIBBSBORO AND EMPTIES INTO THE 
  DELAWARE RIVER. THE HEAVY RAIN HAS MOVED OUT OF CAMDEN COUNTY BUT
  CAUTION IS ADVISED ON THE STREETS BORDERING THE RIVER.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  SPRINGDALE...MAGNOLIA AND CHERRY HILL
