  CENTRAL CUMBERLAND COUNTY IN SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY

* UNTIL 1100 AM EDT

* AT 924 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  ROSENHAYN...MILLVILLE...FAIRTON AND BRIDGETON

DOPPLER RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES INDICATED THAT FIVE OR MORE INCHES 
HAS FALLEN IN THE WARNED AREA. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2
