  OVER THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER WESTERN KENT             
  COUNTY...WITH MORE RAIN ON THE WAY. 

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
