THE 

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BERKS COUNTY IN EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF READING
  LEHIGH COUNTY IN EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF ALLENTOWN
  BUCKS COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA

* AT 1207 AM EDT...LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED ONGOING
  FLOODING IN BERKS AND BUCKS COUNTIES. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN
  FROM THUNDERSTORMS WERE HEADING TOWARD LEHIGH COUNTY AND RUN OFF
  FROM STREAMS IN BERKS COUNTY COULD CAUSE FLOODING ALONG WATERWAYS
  IN THE COUNTY SUCH AS THE LITTLE LEHIGH. 

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  SCHNECKSVILLE...LENHARTSVILLE...HAMBURG...EMMAUS AND ANCIENT OAKS

THE NESHAMINY CREEK AT LANGHORNE IN BUCKS COUNTY IS EXPECTED TO 
CREST CLOSE TO FLOOD STAGE EARLY THIS MORNING. IF THE EXPECTED CREST 
IS REVISED HIGHER AN INDIVIDUAL FLOOD WARNING WILL BE ISSUED FOR 
THE NESHAMINY.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF AROUND ONE INCH ARE POSSIBLE IN
THE WARNED AREA. THUNDERSTORMS THOUGH ARE NOT AS WIDESPREAD AS
THEY WERE EARLIER IN THE NIGHT.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. NEVER DRIVE AROUND BARRICADES.

FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT. MOST FLOOD RELATED DEATHS OCCUR
IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS WATER COVERED BRIDGES...
DIPS...OR LOW WATER CROSSINGS. NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...
EVEN A SMALL ONE...ON FOOT. TO ESCAPE RISING WATER MOVE UP TO HIGHER
GROUND.
