* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN LEHIGH COUNTY IN EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...FULLERTON...EMMAUS...ALLENTOWN

* UNTIL 1230 AM EDT

* AT 925 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  FLASH FLOODING FROM THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WARNED AREA DUE TO 
  RAINFALL RATES OF TWO INCHES AN HOUR.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE MUCH OF SOUTHEASTERN 
  LEHIGH COUNTY.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE
