  NORTHWESTERN LEHIGH COUNTY IN EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 645 PM EDT

* AT 445 PM EDT...LOCAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT HAD REPORTED
  BASEMENT AND ROADWAY FLOODING AROUND LYNN TOWNSHIP IN 
  NORTHWEST LEHIGH COUNTY.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  LYNN TOWNSHIP

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...RURAL AND SUBURBAN AREAS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
