AT 440 PM PDT...LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLOODING OVER THE 
GRANGEVILLE AREA.

LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO BLACKERBY
BURN AREA EAST OF GRANGEVILLE.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY ROADS AND 
FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS...STREAMS AND OTHER LOW LYING 
AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING. THE HEAVY RAINS COULD ALSO TRIGGER 
ROCK AND MUDSLIDES IN STEEP TERRAIN.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED FOR THE BLACKERBY BURN 
SITE IN WESTERN IDAHO COUNTY...

THE THUNDERSTORM THAT PROMPTED THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE 
BLACKERBY BURN SITE HAS MOVED EAST AND IS NO LONGER AFFECTING THE 
AREA. LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED NO DEBRIS OR MUD 
SLIDES...HOWEVER...WITH THE COPIOUS AMOUNT OF RAIN THAT DID 
FALL...MOTORISTS SHOULD BE CAUTIOUS WHEN TRAVELING ON HIGHWAY 14 OR 
THE IDAHO GRADE ROAD THE REMAINDER OF THE EVENING AND OVERNIGHT.
