  YELLOW MEDICINE COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...

* UNTIL 845 PM CDT

* AT 810 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A STORM WITH STRONG ROTATION       
  CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF THE     
  STORM WAS 9 MILES WEST OF CLARKFIELD...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 10  
  MPH. THIS STORM IS ALSO CAPABLE OF...AND HAS A HISTORY             
  OF...PRODUCING GOLF BALL SIZE HAIL.
