EAU CLAIRE COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN * UNTIL 800 AM CDT * AT 510 AM CDT...RADAR DETECTED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER EASTERN AND SOUTHERN EAU CLAIRE COUNTY. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING SLOWLY NORTHEAST. RAINFALL ESTIMATES FROM RADAR INDICATE 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN BETWEEN AUGUSTA AND FAIRCHILD BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND 5 AM.
