* AT 1043 AM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO OVER BAKER...AND
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.

* THE TORNADO PRODUCING STORM IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
  PEADEN AND BLACKMAN BY 1050 AM CST
  LAUREL HILL BY 1100 AM CST
